1. Parties and roles
Customer acts as controller/business. Red-Snake Technology LLC acts as processor/service provider for Customer Personal Data processed through HireLatch widgets and related Customer End-User Data. This DPA forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. Customer responsibility
Customer is solely responsible for the lawful basis, notices, consents, accuracy and legality of Customer Personal Data and the instructions provided to HireLatch.
3. Details of processing
- Data subjects: Customer administrators and team members; Customer website visitors; leads and prospective customers; Customer support contacts
- Personal data: Name; phone; email; service address; city and ZIP; message content; files and photos; website/device data; AI input and output
- Nature/purpose: Hosting, AI response generation, lead capture, notifications, security and support as instructed by Customer
- Duration: For the subscription or Free-plan term and retention periods in the Privacy Policy
4. Obligations
We will process only on documented instructions; maintain confidentiality; implement security measures described in the Security Overview; use approved subprocessors listed at /subprocessors; assist with privacy requests reasonably; notify of personal-data breaches without undue delay; return or delete data after end of services subject to legal retention; and support audits as agreed in writing.
5. Location and transfers
HireLatch processes Customer Personal Data using the infrastructure and subprocessors described on the Subprocessor List. If a new subprocessor or a new transfer mechanism is required, we will update that list and this DPA.
