How do I install HireLatch?
Add your business information, paste one script on your website, and send a test chat. Optional setup packages are available if you want us to do it.
How do I cancel?
In the client cabinet open Billing and switch to Free. That stops paid renewal immediately. You can then remove every saved card.
Can my team take over a chat?
Yes. Reply from the Inbox and automatic AI replies pause until you return the conversation to AI.
Does HireLatch automatically book appointments?
Not in the current version. On Starter and above it can collect a preferred date and time. Your business confirms availability.
