1. Plans and currency
Public self-serve plans are billed in USD. Current published monthly prices: Starter $35, Growth $79, Pro $149. Custom plans are quoted separately. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
2. Free trial
The 30-day trial begins only after successful completion of Stripe checkout and confirmation of the subscription. You will see: selected plan; $0 today; the post-trial amount; first charge timing; automatic monthly renewal; how to cancel; and trial limits.
3. Recurring billing consent
Before checkout you must provide separate, unchecked consent authorizing Red-Snake Technology LLC to charge your payment method after the trial and on each renewal until you cancel.
4. Plan changes during trial
Changing plans during the free trial ends the trial immediately. The selected new plan will be charged today and a new billing period will begin. The charge amount is shown before confirmation.
5. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date unless otherwise shown during checkout.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel online from Billing without contacting support. After cancellation we stop future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid or trial period unless restricted for Terms violations; we send confirmation email; and we show the access end date. Data export and deletion timing are described in Privacy and product UI.
7. Reminders
We aim to send: activation notice; reminders about 7, 3 and 1 days before trial end; first-charge notice; price-change notices; and annual-renewal reminders when annual billing is available.
8. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription fees and completed professional-service fees are non-refundable. We may issue credits or refunds in our sole discretion. Doing so in one instance does not create an obligation to do so in another.
9. Failed payment
Stripe may retry charges. We may apply a grace period, limit AI replies, move the account to read-only, suspend service, delete after a defined period, and pursue amounts owed to the extent permitted by law.
10. Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes unless expressly stated. The Customer is responsible for taxes other than taxes based on HireLatch’s net income.
