1. AI notice
HireLatch uses artificial intelligence and automated systems. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased, inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
2. No accuracy guarantee
HireLatch does not guarantee that any AI Output is correct, complete, current, unique, legally compliant, or suitable for reliance.
3. Customer responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for configuring, testing, supervising, reviewing and approving the AI assistant and for determining whether AI Outputs are appropriate for the Customer’s business. You must verify FAQ, prices, service areas and booking rules; test after changes; provide human handoff; correct errors; and not allow AI to make critical decisions without a human.
4. Not an agent
The AI assistant is an automated communication tool and is not an employee, licensed professional, agent, broker or legal representative of HireLatch or the Customer.
5. No binding contract from AI chat
Unless the Customer expressly configures and separately confirms an authorized transaction workflow, an AI response, estimate, availability statement or service discussion does not create a binding contract, appointment, warranty or price commitment.
6. High-risk domains
Without a separate written agreement, do not use HireLatch for medical diagnosis/treatment; legal advice; investment/credit decisions; insurance underwriting; emergency response; employment screening; housing decisions; education admissions; biometric identification; governmental decisions; or weapons/prohibited goods. HireLatch is not designed for emergency communications.
We do not claim HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO or similar certifications unless verified documentation is published on the Security page.
7. Prohibited sensitive collection
Do not intentionally collect via HireLatch: Social Security numbers; full payment-card data or CVV; passwords; bank logins; secret keys; medical records; genetic data; biometric templates; children’s data; government IDs; or other specially regulated data without a separate agreement.
