Scope
These terms apply to Quick Launch, Professional Setup, Custom Integration, FAQ configuration, custom workflows, development and consulting purchased separately from the monthly subscription.
Protective terms
- Work begins after payment and a written scope / Order Form
- Items not listed are excluded
- Customer delays with materials extend timelines
- Revision rounds follow the purchased package; extra revisions are billable
- Third-party systems are not guaranteed; custom integrations depend on third-party APIs
- Timelines are estimates
- No customer response beyond the stated period may allow project closure
- Deposits and completed work are non-refundable except where required by law
- Customer reviews and accepts deliverables; go-live may constitute acceptance if defects are not reported in writing within 5 business days
- Only reproducible deviations from agreed scope are remedied; new requests are change orders
- No guarantee of leads, revenue, sales or conversion
