Prohibited uses
You may not use HireLatch for unlawful activity; spam; phishing; malware; fraud; impersonation; harassment; threats; hate content; child exploitation; sexual exploitation; collection of prohibited sensitive data; IP infringement; security circumvention; scraping; excessive automated load; prompt attacks; accessing other workspaces’ data; high-risk automated decisions listed in AI Terms; prohibited goods/services; covert surveillance; misleading AI impersonation; or unsolicited SMS/email in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM or similar laws.
Enforcement
HireLatch may investigate, restrict, suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes use presents a legal, security, privacy or platform risk.
